3. Communication center «Tyoply Stan» (Moscow).
Communication center «Tyoply Stan provides switching of network standard Inmarsat-C with PTSN land line networks, Internet, X-25, Telex; it is responsible for delivery of distress signals to FSFI «State Maritime Rescue Service of Russia».
Communication center «Tyoply Stan» has head-end equipment providing functioning of postal service and data transmission services, as well as switching equipment providing connection of remote users of LES Nudol.

4. Access Unit «Tyoply Stan» (Moscow).
Access Unit «Tyoply Stan» ensures operation of national segment of wide-band satellite network Inmarsat BGAN.
Basic objectives:
- termination of voice and IP-traffic in public network and carrier network (through MMTS-9);
- ensuring fulfillment of LESS requirements;
- technical control of lawfulness of using subscriber’s terminals at the territory of the Russian Federation.
