This is to advise that as from December 15, 2009 in accordance with the requirements of the Russian Law on Communications,
FSUE Morsviazsputnik (the Russian licensed service provider of Inmarsat mobile satellite communications)
has put into operation the Forced Routing Gateway (FRG) that provides legal intercept of BGAN traffic on the territory of the Russian Federation
